Find the right businesses
Search for real, trading businesses by location and sector using either web results or Google Maps. AI ranking re-prioritises results by relevance to what you sell before you see them. If you already have a specific business in mind, paste their URL directly into the Site Scan field and get a score in seconds.
Qualify before you call
Confirm a business is live and registered with a one-click Companies House check. Pull filed financial data (turnover, profit, headcount) to know whether a prospect can afford what you’re selling before you invest time in them. Website status checks flag broken or absent sites, which can itself be a useful opening angle.
Score for fit
Every prospect gets an AI score calibrated to your specific product or service, not a generic rating. A match summary tells you in plain English why a business is or is not a good fit. If you sell multiple products, scores are stored per product so you can see which offering is the best match for each prospect.
Prepare for the conversation
AI-generated pitch angles give you a specific, evidence-backed reason to call, based on the gaps in a prospect’s digital presence and what you sell. An action plan suggests the right next steps for each prospect so you are not deciding from scratch every time.
Manage your pipeline
All prospects in one place with full status tracking across a 12-stage pipeline. Set follow-up dates and they are highlighted when they are overdue. Filter by tier, status, town or product in any combination. Bulk-score, bulk-email, or bulk-delete batches of prospects in a single action.
Work with your data
Export your full pipeline as a formatted Excel file at any time. Import an existing list from a spreadsheet or a shared URL, with a preview before committing and a merge or replace option. Deleted prospects are soft-deleted and recoverable if you need them back.

Finding Prospects
Brave Web Search
Surfaces real local business websites by location and sector. Filters out directories, job boards and aggregator sites so results are direct business URLs rather than listing pages.
Google Maps Search
Searches Google Places directly for businesses with a physical presence and active trading status. Switch between web and maps search with one click from the Find Prospects page.
AI Search Ranking
Toggle on before running a search to re-prioritise results by relevance to your selling context. Results are reordered before they reach the prospect table, so the most relevant businesses appear first.
Site Scan
Paste a single URL to score and assess any prospect without running a full location search. Run a full AI Score and financials check. Useful when you already have a specific business in mind and want a quick fit assessment.
Selling Contexts
Define your product or service once and every AI score, match summary and pitch angle is calibrated to it. If you sell more than one product, you can switch between selling contexts and scores are stored separately for each.
Sector Search Profiles
Save a search profile per sector so you can switch between target markets in one click, with the right keywords and parameters already set. Built-in defaults are provided for Recruitment, Legal, Estate Agents and Accountants.
Search Region
Results are scoped to the UK by default. Override to US, Australia, Ireland, Canada or New Zealand from the Find Prospects page if your territory requires it.
Qualifying Prospects
Companies House Status Check
Confirms a business is live and registered before you invest research time in them. Status is shown directly on the prospect card after a single click.
Company Number Finder
Searches the prospect’s own website to find their Companies House registration number automatically. Removes the need to look it up manually before running financial checks.
Deep Financial Check
Pulls the latest filed accounts in one click from Companies House: turnover, profit/loss, net assets, cash position and average headcount. Gives you a concrete picture of whether a prospect is a realistic buyer before you call.
Website and Online Status Check
Confirms the prospect’s website is reachable and flags broken or absent sites. A missing or broken site can itself be a useful opening angle when you call.
Scoring and Prioritising
AI Online Score (0-10)
Scores each prospect’s digital and social presence across web, social and directory channels. Low scores identify prospects with visible gaps you may be able to fill; high scores flag more established businesses.
AI Website Score (0-10)
Provides a consistent, objective assessment of website quality across your full prospect list. Useful for comparing prospects at a glance without visiting each site individually.
Product Fit Score
AI scores each prospect against each of your products or services separately. You can see at a glance which offering has the highest fit for each business, rather than working from a single undifferentiated score.
Match Summary
A plain-English sentence or short paragraph explaining exactly why a prospect is or is not a good fit for what you sell. Based on their digital presence, sector and the selling context you have defined.
Preparing for the Conversation
AI Pitch Angle
Generates specific, context-aware notes about where a prospect has a gap your product can fill, based on their digital presence and your selling context. Gives you a concrete reason to call rather than a generic opener.
Action Plan
AI recommends the next steps for each prospect, whether that is to email, call, or connect on LinkedIn, based on their profile and your selling context. Removes the need to decide from scratch what to do with each record.
Email Prospect to Yourself
One click sends a prospect summary to your email address, including contact details, scores, notes and social links. Also available in bulk when you need to share or reference a batch of prospects outside the app.
Social Accounts
LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram and Facebook profiles are stored on the prospect record. One click opens any profile directly, without needing to search for it separately.
Google Maps Location View
An embedded map on each prospect card shows the business location. Useful for territory planning and working out routes for face-to-face visits.
Managing Your Pipeline
Prospect Pipeline Table
All prospects in one place, sortable and filterable by status, tier, town, follow-up date or product. The main working view of your pipeline.
Stats Bar
An at-a-glance summary of total prospects, tier breakdown (Green/Amber/Red) and overdue follow-ups. Click any stat to filter the table to that subset instantly.
Prospect Filtering
Filter simultaneously by status, tier, town and product, and search by name. Clear all active filters in one click to return to the full list.
Prospect Detail (Tabbed View)
Each prospect record is split into tabs: Basic Info, Scores, Financials, Outreach, Notes, Social and Map Info. Keeps the record organised without scrolling through a single long page.
Outreach Tracking
Log the contact channel used (Email, LinkedIn, Phone, In Person, Referral) and record first and last contact dates. Pipeline status runs across 12 stages from Not Started through to Won, Lost, Not Interested and Nurture.
Follow-Up Date Tracking
Set a follow-up date on any prospect. Overdue dates are highlighted in the stats bar and can be filtered in the pipeline table so nothing gets missed.
Duplicate Detection
Checks for similar names or websites before saving a new prospect. Prompts you to review potential duplicates before continuing, rather than silently creating a second record.
Bulk Actions
Select multiple prospects to score, check status, email or delete in a single action. Useful when you need to process a batch of new imports or clear out a set of closed records.
Soft Delete
Deleted prospects are hidden from the pipeline table rather than permanently erased. Records are recoverable if a prospect you closed comes back or was removed by mistake.
Working With Your Data
Excel Export
Export your full pipeline as a formatted Excel file in one click, including all scores, notes and status fields. No data preparation required before exporting.
Excel / URL Import
Upload an existing spreadsheet or paste a shared URL from OneDrive or Dropbox. Preview the data before importing, then choose to merge new prospects into your existing pipeline or replace the full list while keeping any in-progress records intact.
Configuration
Multiple AI Providers
Switch between Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, LM Studio, Ollama or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint from Settings. No migration needed; change provider without losing your prospect data or configuration.
Bring Your Own API Keys (BYOK)
Use your own API keys for all connected services: AI providers, Brave Search, Companies House and Google Maps. You pay the providers directly and are not locked into a bundled credit system.
Beta Testing Mode
Built-in platform keys let you try every feature immediately without configuring your own API keys. Access is controlled per user by an admin, so beta testers can get started without any setup.
Connection Test
Test your AI credentials from the Settings page before you start prospecting. Gives instant confirmation if the connection is working, or a clear error message if something needs correcting.
Dark Mode
Toggle between light and dark themes from any page. Your preference is saved and applied each time you log in.
